Pros

(I was assigned in Financial Services Advisory, specifically Risk Assurance in Sydney) *If you want a good name on your CV and just that, this is the right one for you *Nice office space *Growth potential

Cons

Note: Experience varies from one individual to another *Reason for having a growth potential is there is not enough people willing do the work *Questionable promotion/performance framework *Repetitive work *No additional learning if you know the basics of IT Audit

Pros

The office was close by. Nice facilities.

Cons

Once in the job, I found out I was totally lied to during the interview, but the overall manager of the team didn't care. Management haven't a clue what they are doing. Lies, sexism and racism are commonplace. Inept management frivolously spends cash on the wrong things.

Pros

Growing team In demand Best industry in the financial capital of Australia Training + a place to jumpstart your career

Cons

Cons actually outweigh the pros: -Alarmingly high turnover of top performers -Repetitive/boring engagements (you can request a diff. onet but will have repercussions) -Leadership can use some improving for performance ratings (it gets political)
