Perks 78% productivity goals Fairly laid back No OT requirements. Management puts employees personal needs above company needs Training Ease of work

Cons

Motivation is severely lacking in work team. Senior team members are disgruntled. Not a lot of directions for advancement. Pay is decent, but OT is severely lacking. Job tasks become mundane quickly.

There are some great employees to work with at Eaton.

Cons

Metrics for everything, they probably know how long you take in the bathroom. No room for advancement and work like balance issues. Constantly understaffed and brag about the profit they make on your back. Management will bad mouth other employees to their subordinates showing a lack of professionalism.

Pros

Really good pay and benefits. Company truck with personal use encouraged, not just allowed. Company pays upfront for all expenses.

Cons

The spontaneous assignment of jobs. Constant overtime and days to weeks away from home. Lack of information on what a job requires; much less how to do it. Managament gets just ridiculously tight with expenditures over the silliest and simplest of things for no apparent reason.
