Business Outlook
Pros
The pay and benefits are really good for this area. Lots of potential for the company, especially since the Eaton merger. Very good Union job.
Cons
Since the merger there has been lots of change in management. It seems at times like they are lost and overlook the problems that really matter. Very poor employee relations, causing a big gap between the shop floor and upper management. Once you tenure there are very limited ways to "move up the ladder" I've been there 5 years and feel like there is not much more there for me.
