People oriented center in India. Processes are well laid out. Lesser politics but you cannot avoid it completely. Stable job profile and good work life balance.

Cons

sometimes too rigid leadership. They want to push the envelop but at the same time, the support provided is not sufficient. Very conservative in terms of doing new things.
