      Good pay. The pay was not worth what I went through here and no one listed, even our corporate mananger.

      Cons

      Bully corporate work culture, high expectations with poor communication from middle management. I experienced bullying, racism, sexual harassment and psychological warfare. DO NOT WORK HERE

      -Above average pay -Opportunity for bonuses -Good culture depending on your site

      Cons

      -Eaton would be a fabulous place to work if their values were actually upheld at every location. Your experience is heavily based on your site, and unfortunately, there are sites that are sinking ships that senior leadership is not interested in investing in reviving whether you have solutions or not. My site was totally disconnected from the rest of Eaton. I wasn’t even aware that Eaton had ERGs (Eaton Resource Groups) for ex. Women Adding Value at Eaton, until my final stretch with Eaton. -Vacation time (2 weeks standard) -Zero flexibility if you work at a plant with poor management regardless if you can do your job remote or not
