Pros

You can learn a lot and if they like you they’ll move you around the company. It’s good experience for when you need to jump ship.

Cons

Pay isn’t at market anymore, leaders play favorites, company wouldn’t move rotational employees during Covid and doesn’t even have in person orientation for LDP new hires anymore. Tough environment to start a first job in and vacation is awful, especially if you’re a newer employee. Benefits overall are just ok. Not equal treatment.

Pros

Many growth opportunities but must be willing to relocate/living in some rural communities. Decent benefits.

Cons

Manufacturing plants are in rural locations. Conservative company with many policies and politics similar to most large companies.
