Cons
Eaton managements first instinct in the face of adversity is to go after their employees. I have been here just over two years. They have instituted forced unpaid leave, delayed the timeline for handing out raises every year and now they are taking away our 401k matching. All these things are pay cuts in different packaging and all because they expect the market to decline. Heres my favorite quote from this American company "further strengthening of the U.S. dollar, which impacts us negatively" which was also one of their justifications for the pay cuts. Their health insurance is the worst i have ever had anywhere and their pay is not competitive if you live in an expensive area.
