Pros

Eaton in euclid is part of the UAW workers union. The company cares about your safety and has real good competitive wages for the north east. The union protects and bargains for better wages answer benefits.

Cons

The work is very challenging and the paper work involved can be overwhelming at times. But since we are making fuel pumps for airplanes this can be understood.

Pros

The company is huge... go anywhere you want; do anything you please. There's a serious focus (on paper, tho I've not tested it) on ethics and genuinely doing business the right way.

Cons

on this campus... everyone has a bitter and adversarial approach to working with others. They take what could be a POWERFUL opportunity and take every chance they can to try and strip it down to the frame. Making everything a struggle (even if it does eventually pay off) that doesn't need to exist.

Pros

Pros: you work with good people in your department.

Cons

They promote the wrong people. It's all about who upper level management likes, and not about who works hard and knows the job. There is no work life balance, it's all work. In my department --they demand that you work obscene hours a week because they are so short staffed. Management will walk by and not acknowledge you. HR is not any better. I would not feel comfortable going to them with any issue/problem that I had. The main problem is the highest level management has no clue what is going on with their company, because if they knew the conditions they would be outraged. It is truly an unethical company that prides itself of being ethical.
