Pros

You can learn a lot. There are some nice and smart people.

Cons

It is just a rampant, disorganized culture that is hungry for scapegoats. Admit one mistake or issue and you're already on the chopping block where coworkers start being very passive aggressive towards you and start bullying you. Rather than actually spending any time really developing any talent, they rather use you as a scapegoat for their displaced frustrations. Honestly, the only way to succeed is to suck up to your superiors.

Pros

Boundless market opportunity Challenging and interesting product development Good pay

Cons

Top heavy management structure - the better to surround the guilty and punish the innocent Culture of blame - no cross-functional collaboration; every man (woman) for himslef(herself) Poor management guidance - no mentoring whatsoever No work life balance and no worker appreciation

Pros

Beautiful campus and generally decent people; nice benefits

Cons

If you want to work in a sweatshop like environment, then this is the place to be. Some managers are extremely rude and disrespectful. You will not be compensated like you would be at other companies. I was very excited to work here but very disappointed in the culture and the inability to have a work-life balance because they do not want to pay additional employees to work there. WAY too much work, but will not allow overtime? Managers will do very little to help promote you or transition you to a department that you want to be in. Managers will play favorites in sales, which is absolutely unprofessional. Lack of support from all angles. Couldn't leave fast enough and the best decision I made was leaving.
