Love the people here. Great benefits.

Cons

HR is a nightmare. My manager was terrible. No vision. Bad communication. Wants to be a cool company with wellness and onsite cafe and gym but reality is they don’t care.

HR has bullies and they make you feel like an outsider no matter how hard you work. Toxic, gaslighting behavior.

Great benefits, patient focus, no growth, work in silos

Great benefits, decent pay for industry, very young/driven/smart workforce, project team comradery.

Cons

Toxic middle/upper management, no work/life balance, work relationships are everything and there is a huge air of inauthenticity/fakeness with many people you encounter/work with, very limited promotional/growth opportunity, favoritism, old boys club.
