Very patient focused. Beautiful campus.

Cons

Internal support didn’t grow with business, most are overworked and burn out after a year. Most people leaders don’t know how to manage down or be a leader. It’s frowned upon to move business units for personal /professional growth. Annual raises are similar for those who give 100% and those who give 50% because managers do t know how to manage.

Lifesaving products; beautiful campus & amenities; great benefits

Cons

Parking; cliquey; lots of politics; CEO is known for his big ego & extramarital activities and everyone turns a blind eye and you can't do that in today's environment. Cultures and values are hypocritical. People have gotten fired for doing the same thing the CEO has done & gotten away with for years #metoo!
