Great company leadership not team, great benefits.

Cons

Hiring the worst people in the business from other places. Too much favoritism and fraternization. No way to move up unless you have a relationship or kiss a*&. Working hard does not pay off. New RD and TM are the worst.

-Unfulfilling, repetitive work -Lazy, gossipy coworkers -Biased promotions based on favoritism -Distant and self-centered management -Pay based on personal traits, not performance -Raises are a disappointment; anticipate waiting at least three years for one. -Upon starting work here, it feels like management and other senior-level employees contribute less while you shoulder more responsibilities. It seems as though you are assuming the role of a manager, while your boss enjoys vacationing on a beach. Meanwhile, they receive credit for your efforts.
