      I thought very highly of the company but that was before I started working there :-(

      Pros

      The facility in Draper has been under construction for some time but it is starting to look very nice. In addition to multiple breakrooms there's also a new fitness center available to the employees at a very reasonable cost. They offer decent benefits such as tuition reimbursement, 401(k), medical insurance, 3 wks of vacation (recent change to help address employee retention problem),etc.

      Cons

      it's a revolving door... experienced professionals don't stay too long, but recent college graduates are loving it. Hint, hint??!? Also, good luck trying to maintain a reasonable work/life balance - very poor planning, lack of communication and unreasonable expectations.

      Pros

      Nice facilities, people seem to be happy.

      Cons

      After having 2 rounds of interviews with them, they haven't even answered my emails or replied to me. Also they did not cover any expenses incurred by me for gas or accommodation, which is rude. Total waste of time and money !

      Stress level high, no overtime recognized and paid, motivation zero, quality of direct supervisors low (sometimes not competent people), not equal condition and treatment of everyone
