      Pros

      Edwards is a good company to learn the basics of cGMP compliance. Health benefits are good.

      Cons

      Company lacks sound direction from management. Too many ego-driven directors and above. Management talks a good talk but doesn't back their talk with sound decisions. Office culture is too political. Too much turnover at Operations and Engineering management.

      Pros

      Good benefits and allowance. Heavily regulated company by FDA and other international agencies which can gain a lot of knowledge and experiences in this industry.

      Cons

      It's an extremely political environment, foster a culture of arrogance, incompetence and unfairness. It's not a place for a people who wants to learn and advance for future. Poor system integration leading poor information and lack of efficiency. Very US-centric, company has no idea about doing business in other regions. Limited room for advancement.

      This stuff really does save people's lives Great pay and benefits Most people at the working level are great to work with

      Cons

      politics, politics, politics nobody's got your back so decisions are made for personal rather than overall considerations/benefit forget about mentoring; it's all about scapegoating bloated bureaucracy; even mundane decisions are subject to escalation
