      Name use to carry some cache, nice cafeteria.

      Cons

      Managers are clueless, very political atmosphere, a lot of chest pounding, posturing, and big egos. Top heavy organization where very few engineers get tons of pressure from very many managers who try to take credit for pushing them.

      Great company name, diverse line of products, great amenities: basketball, gym, cafe, locker room/showers, and always enough work to keep you mentally stimulated

      Cons

      Welcome to the 50/60 hour work week and barely competitive pay. Edwards grew too quickly and was not able to support such growth with capable management.
