I was paid a good wage considering the work I did. They offered good benefits. They have a gym at the work place.

Cons

If you work in a call center of any sort, you know that calls handled matters but it doesn't seem to at Edwards. Management doesn't seem to know how to manage.

Family oriented culture, multiple initiatives intended to retain employees, gym in house an a cafeteria being developed.

Cons

Very poor engineering judgement at all levels. Management is consistently out of focus and lacks in how to prioritize engineering tasks. Very poor engineering development program.
