      great innovative company spends money on research and developing cutting edge technology. Good pay for outside sales. A lot of long term employees

      Cons

      Still somewhat good old boy company. Don't always reward long term loyal employees. Not a lot of cross over division opportunities.

      Good benefits and employee resources are among the best. Helping patients is always a pro and the mission statement holds true

      Cons

      No direction.. CIO is lost and company seems focused on short term deliverables. Middle management seems to be lost when providing direction. No recognition when you go above the requirements. Good luck on advancement..

      Great Benefits and lots of fun, educated co-workers. Ability to travel and be involved with global operations. Clean work environment.

      Cons

      Corporate politics at play - it's more about who you know and winning them over vs. demonstrating solid performance. Overwhelming amount of procedures are in force given it is a regulated industry.
