Pros
Great collaborative environment, a lot of fairly young people, a lot of very friendly people, gorgeous campus (Irvine), and great University Relations program (for interns and new grads) to facilitate the younger ones meeting each other as well as to meet the leadership, on-campus facilities such as a subsidized cafeteria with good food, a gym, and volleyball and basketball courts. Good parking garage as well.
