Great company with long standing brands that cash flow. Invested in new technologies that will change the way medical procedures are done.

Cons

There is a new element of "petty management" in the company. As a company grows so does the short sighted J&J style of management.

Top management is making lots of money

Cons

The CEO and others in upper management are philanderers. They cash out millions in stock while supporting cronyism. Employees' positions are constantly at risk as Edwards trims their payroll each year despite record profits. Company discriminates against older employees.

Cons

Product is not a standard of care - yet Not much support from upper management Marketing could be MUCH better Have lowered pay structure two years in a row while drastically increasing quotas.
