      Not recommended for people who want to work in an international environment.

      Pros

      Majority of young people. Nice profile of the company. Flexible start/end of work. Possibility to work from home.

      Cons

      90% of people working in Prague office are of Czech nationality which makes the working environment non-internatonal. There is absolutely no diversity. People don't even want to speak English there. Non-existing carrier development. People on the same position for 8-10 years. Incompetent, indecisive management, not showing a real interest in the business but their own agenda. Big turnover. The company in spite of having a medical profile, does not support people being sick. If you are ill for a few months, they will find your replacement. The contracts offered are often temporary. Salaries are average and benefits comparable to other companies.
