      Edwards Lifesciences is a place where there is challenging work that leads us to make a difference in the world

      The management keeps decreasing the perks of salary and benefits. Recent changes have made many of consider if this is the best place to spend our time

      Pros

      Very fast growing organisation. Growth across the world is appreciable. Good time to invest in shares for short tern period.

      Cons

      Local top management expect all the job done by only few talented employees resulting high workload , working in nights and weekends etc. Unorganized workflow, system, every management member is more than CEO in India. There are couple of old fish who play with the career of employees in the name of Inrvine, California office.

      Exciting opportunities, fast growth, and learning something new every day

      Cons

      Highly unorganized, high demand of work involved in maintaining company's fast growth, not enough resources to get the work done so you end up working nights and weekends, not enough support from upper management to gain resources, lack of processes and workflow structure with international and cross-functional teams which leads to chaotic work environment and extra weight carried by most talented and dedicated employees (leading to unhappiness and high turnover)
