Pros

- Working hours for the evening shift and health insurance

Cons

- Standing 10 hours - Salary is not competitive - Higher ranks gets promoted only, if you are simple assembler, you are assembler forever. - Unreasonable target numbers, After working here would not buy their products, due to these Unreasonable target numbers they are not checked and build properly and very dangerous for patients. - You have to clock in and out on your breaks - Hard to book holidays - Large but very bad canteen service - Lines are always short of people but you are still expected to hit target - Favoritism (this is very annoying) - Team leads on evenings has no experience and not fit for the job at all - You will be burned-out daily for a little salary - Every afew day disciplinary meetings - Almost no overtime at all

Good campus in Irvine until it lasts.

Cons

Very disorganized and very biased management. Lack of growth opportunities. Too much politics. Very poor work life balance.

Very good benefits and good rewards

Cons

HR are very poor, and if you are not the friend of the supervisor you are lost, a lot of favoritism,They do not value those who really work, only those who gossip
