Thank you for your dedication at Edwards. The culture of an organization is shaped by such long-standing commitment, and we are pleased to see this recognized. Change in leadership can bring about new opportunities and challenges, but our focus on patient care remains unwavering. It's this dedication to service that helps steer us into a new era of Edwards. Pros

The technology is market leading and truely innovative. There is also opportunity for travel.

Cons

The recent restructure of the APAC business units has landed some truely terrible leadership in CCV. Longitudinal violence is pervasive in the ANZ business. Leadership is placing immense pressure on the team to “sell, sell, sell” with no focus on education or patient care - support for the team to achieve these numbers is non-existent. Top heavy leadership, who feel that the answer is to add more levels of management without addressing the desperate need for clinical support and education in the field. Issues also spread to ANZ HR leadership - who do not listen to staff concerns, instead instituting mandatory tick-box programs to “improve culture”, without addressing workplace issues and lack of trust currency between team and leadership.

Pros

innovative and spent lots of money in R&D

Cons

Poor work life balance and its been systematic problem. Every year, top complaint has been the work life balance and work recognition but there has been no improvement (with meaningless/ineffective corrective action)
