      - The company produces truly life-saving devices and maintains a strong focus on its mission - The campus in Irvine, California, is beautiful and provides a great working environment. - Colleagues are supportive and collaborative. - The company has a patient-first culture, which is very motivating.

      Cons

      - The company’s ambitious goals are often not met, leading to a drop in stock prices after each quarterly results presentation. - The new CEO is very business-oriented, which has its benefits, but he is also not hesitant to make layoffs, as seen with the first layoffs in the company’s history in September 2024. - Very poor corporate communication during the entire 2024 - The pleasing company culture, there is a tendency for self-congratulation even when results are poor.
