      Company has great culture and really care about patients.

      Leadership has favorites and for the unfortunate employees that do not belong in their "clique", they make sure to get rid of them.

      Good company. Nice campus. Smart senior management team

      Pros

      Competitive pay, generally average or slightly above average. Working with a lot of smart people Company is managed by a smart management team; good for stable stock prices and participate in the ESPP

      Cons

      Organizational structure is very flat. This means not a lot of career progression movement even for someone who stayed loyal to the company for a very long time (10+ years) . There are a few exceptions, definitely not the norm, where some people get promotion every year (from manager to senior director in less than 5 years). But that requires you to be exactly at the right place and at the right time. Because of limited career growth opportunities, it leads to a ruthless culture where managers and directors tend to hoard credit and shift blame.
