Great pay. Great benefits. Technical challenges are always there for those who want to pursure.

Cons

Edwards is suffering to hire qualified candidates as they EXCLUDED former employees like me who would bring tremendous assets & skill sets. They told me in the meeting it is their INTERNAL policy of not hiring or allowing former employees to work on their projects at Tier 1 suppliers.
