Fast-paced work environment. You will never be bored here. Lots of opportunities to work on different projects and grow. The products are really fascinating and the employees really care about what they do and putting patients first!

Cons

Extremely competitive-almost cut throat at times in regards to new opportunities & promotions. There is some favoritism for favoring others for opportunities and advancement depending on who your manager is.
