      Edwards organization and business center in Prague is still growing, as of result you may experience a lot of pressure to deliver in a fast moving and unsteady environment. Probably the organization is not yet competitive enough as employer of choice, other players are faster, more aggressive and have well recognized brand Many employees report to remote leaders, so you really have to be able to succeed with limited guidance and strict supervision in a nutshell resilience and willingness to work out challenges almost daily have to be your strengths - not for everyone, but you can have an incredible development and rewarding experience
