The company had great growth in the past but the market is maturing and growth is slowing. Leaders are desperate and thing are getting cutthroat.

great business grow potential; very talented people; great campus with onsite subsidized cafeteria and gym(very small but you can use it);

Cons

people are arrogant and obsessed with clinical/engineer background, could show more respect to business experts; could improve cultural diversity --- running a global business requires more open international perspective and less bias with the markets outside the U.S.

Pros

Campus is beautiful, near the airport and great amenities. Bonuses at least in the THV business unit have been at the max for the last couple years.

Cons

Very political, not really very many perks considering how profitable the company is, salaries are at the low end of the spectrum, only TDPs can move up at a reasonable rate, merit increases are almost insignificant. It's basically a bubble and you have to drink the "Kool aid" to be successful. High performers and achievers do not get rewarded if you aren't in the club.
