Pros
Company with a huge budget for developments and great projects.
Cons
Highly political environment, you are not promoted easily. Very stressful with an incredible amount of work due to poor management and lack of vision. Prague center is named as a shared services center, but is slowly becoming an outsourcing one with very little consideration for the roles and work being done here. Be aware of cz managers especially if you are in a senior position; they don't have any experience on how to manage such employees.(especially expats)
