Pros
Good benefits 401k decent pay. You get a week of vacation after the first 6 months. Everyone starts at the same pay.
Cons
Hard work, sometimes you need to be there at 5 am. There's almost no advancement in the job. You can only go as high as a store manager. It doesn't matter how many shift manager's are ready for the next level, they will always hire someone outside the company for MT. If you want to move up they tell you if you can't do the job 100% they will let you go after a year. The district manager's are always moving or getting let go. Unfortunately they are the ones you need on your side to move up. The store manager has no power to hire of fire.
