Pros
The best thing I can say about my experience is that it's a rather interactive, young team, and that ALDI provides a lot of amenities to employees. They have good technology at your actual desk, and the lunchroom is stocked with good food, coffee, etc.
Cons
This company, at least in this department, likes to micromanage. This is the kind of place where you'll get written up--possibly even let go--for things as simple as hanging your jacket on the back of your chair instead of the coat hanger, or not locking your drawer at night (regardless of whether you keep anything in it). They are also not set up to allow for much critical thinking. They do not want people to use their skills in this position to help people; they want people to be uniform and--I hate to use the cliche--robotic. They are very secretive and interested in keeping employees in the dark until they need to know more information. Not really something I'd suggest for curious minds.
