      wage,4 weeks full sick payment

      Poor unfriendly managment,no use of canteen during working hours (except formal break) your holiday depends on managment.To fulfil basic contract hours drivers have to work additional shifts (red days).Managment is in full control of drivers hours so if you do too many You will be send home after 4-6 hours next day,Overtime hours are paid as standard hours so no overtime rate!(except bank holidays 1.5).Too many weekends and bank holiday work.First year drivers working for peanuts

      Great pay Hours were always there The manager at my location is a rare gem. Never had a boss quite like him. Everyone I worked with became like my family.

      EXTREMELY physically demanding. I injured myself multiple times while I worked there.

      + industry leading wages Associates - $12/hr, Shift Mgr - $16/hr, SMT - $23/hr, Store Manager - $75,000+/yr + great work environment + excellent training + health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k + 40-50 hr/wk with paid overtime Very fast paced so work hours fly by. I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.

      Cons

      + work/life balance + walked 28,000 steps/day!!! Never thought I would be fired for clocking in only minutes late!!
