      Great Salary and benefits. Company car is an Audi A3.

      Cons

      No life work balance. No coaching or guidance during my training. I was expected to be perfect and already know the job. My peer who supervised me "asked" me to work most of my days off. If I didn't it looked like I wasn't all in. Also, she would come in at the end of my work day and keep me there hours longer. Sry exhausting. This program didn't support me in becoming successful.

      Great pay Hours were always there The manager at my location is a rare gem. Never had a boss quite like him. Everyone I worked with became like my family.

      Cons

      EXTREMELY physically demanding. I injured myself multiple times while I worked there.

      + industry leading wages Associates - $12/hr, Shift Mgr - $16/hr, SMT - $23/hr, Store Manager - $75,000+/yr + great work environment + excellent training + health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k + 40-50 hr/wk with paid overtime Very fast paced so work hours fly by. I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.

      Cons

      + work/life balance + walked 28,000 steps/day!!! Never thought I would be fired for clocking in only minutes late!!
