Pros
Good starting pay, benefits include medical, dental, and vision, hours are flexible, the team I work with is made up of people who know how to do their job and do it well. You are always moving, if that's up your alley.
Cons
Working closing shifts and weekends all the time is rough, but part of the job, unfortunately. As a result, having a life outside of work is a bit tough. It's high-stress, especially around the holidays.
