      Pros

      Excellent pay for a warehouse associate and pretty decent hours depending on the work load for the day. Great benefits!

      Cons

      Management is biased to its employees. Only promotes based on how much they like you or how cool you are. Senority means nothing to them. You can work there for 7 years and not get promoted, but a person off the street can walk in and take a higher position than you. Hard workers never get appreciated, but horrible attendance, lack of integrity and shoddy work ethic and is encouraged.

      Pros

      Great pay Hours were always there The manager at my location is a rare gem. Never had a boss quite like him. Everyone I worked with became like my family.

      Cons

      EXTREMELY physically demanding. I injured myself multiple times while I worked there.

      Pros

      + industry leading wages Associates - $12/hr, Shift Mgr - $16/hr, SMT - $23/hr, Store Manager - $75,000+/yr + great work environment + excellent training + health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k + 40-50 hr/wk with paid overtime Very fast paced so work hours fly by. I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.

      Cons

      + work/life balance + walked 28,000 steps/day!!! Never thought I would be fired for clocking in only minutes late!!
