Pros
6 paid holidays and a week of paid vacation before your 1st year anniversary is awesome. It's easy to get your concerns to upper management.
Cons
You will need as much time off as you can get. You work with a very small staff because Aldi pays so much more than other companies. Therefore there are less people to do the work. The expectations of one person are extremely high. Every one seems either stressed out our angry all of the time because of the work load.
