Good benefits and the pay was fair.

Every task was timed and if time restrictions were not met employees suffered consequences. The amount of work that needed to be done in the opening procedures majorly out weighted the amount of time available before opening. Management was poor and there was a lack of consideration when it came to vacation or sick time. Scheduling conflicts were often and would not be fixed unless directly asked, often fixed at the expense of fellow employees. Employees were pushed to work harder without any compensation or motivation for their extra work. Management often directed employees on how to do tasks but never helped complete these tasks when staff was behind on opening duties.
