Pros

1. Always rated high when it comes to best companies to work with. Takes good care of employees. You'll feel pampered. 2. Good compensation. 3. Smart People all around. 4. Education Reimbursement up to USD 10,000 every year. 5. Wellness Reimbursement up to USD 550 per year (Buy new Nike Shoes, Apple iWatch, Gym stuffs, basically anything you spend on fitness). 6. ESPP : Purchase stocks at a discount of 15% which is capped at a maximum of 25% of your monthly salary. 7. Free meals, early morning fruits and a lot of options available when you want to have some tea, coffee or soft drinks. 8. Good work life balance, in spite of fact that Adobe provides all those benefits the best thing I like about it is that it doesn't exploit you, it respects your time and personal life. That doesn't mean you'd sit idle, you'd just get the right amount of work. Not to state the obvious, Exceptions not considered. Overall, if you can bear with the chaos of Delhi, this is a company to settle. You'd find a lot of people who have completed 5-10 years in Adobe and they are everywhere.

Cons

1. Weak HR team, especially the one in Noida. May be because you don't always need a MBA to get into the HR team of Adobe. There have been lot of stories of candidates having a bad joining experience one of which is mine, wouldn't like share much but that showed how irresponsible they are. 2. Disparity in Salary: Just when you accept the fact that there has to be a difference between salaries of a tester and a developer, you'll realize that there is a lot of disparity within a team with people at same level. (I am on the higher side of scale here, but still feel this isn't good)

Pros

* Refreshing focus on employee wellness * Brilliant colleagues * Compelling problems on interesting tools * Good work/life balance culture... generally (see cons) I've been at a few big tech companies and Adobe is one of my favorites. I feel empowered to make impactful changes here, I'm constantly stretching myself in fun ways, and the products we make are incredible. Product and engineering have big dreams, and all the resources we need to realize them.

Cons

* Big time crunch culture around arbitrary goals By far my biggest disappointment has been just how hard product pushes on big projects with arbitrary deadlines and difficult scope. It turns into cutting corners and delivering sub-par experiences even though we absolutely have the talent and capability to make some exceptional things if we just let the dang thing bake a few more months. I'd be more impressed with the tight clip if the goals were reasonable for good business reasons, but as far as I can tell the reason usually boils down to "some high-level manager wanted X and thought Y sounded like a good target date". * Comp growth leaves something to be desired. Raises feel pretty flat, though it's not the worst thing since stock rewards can be pretty good as appropriate for performance. Career progression is pretty good here too - I just find it odd how stale the base pay increases are year to year.
