- Was a really good company to work for in Sales - Amazing products, good work culture, open dynamic and no politics -Cared about its employees. -HR used to be strong now just a rubber stamp especially in India.

-Horrible now specially in sales in India. - Its a systemic cleansing of the entire team replaced by new jokers without any clue of business or human emotions - In India Sales you have to be a boot licker to progress,. You are targeted just because you have been in the system for long - If you are old then you don't know how to work is the general thinking - HR is a mute spectator and HR guys are invited to sales parties and gifted expensive wines - This all even when most of the big deals are driven and closed by the older sales managers. - Its sad what has happened in Adobe India in Sales and they will never be the same company that they were.
