Pros
1. Adobe is a big brand and offers the best work life balance. 2. Experienced, helpful and extremely friendly senior management 3. Free Meals 4. Free Cabs 5. Free Gym facility 6. Unlike most MNCs, the organization is extremely flat and you can communicate with the senior management without hurting anyone's ego.
Cons
1. Double standards while hiring employees. People with the exactly same skill set and experience are offered different pay packages. I would highly recommend negotiating as hard as you can with the HR execs. The human resource department have no set standards and hence you must aim high and sell yourself for as much as you can. I know it seems bizarre that an organization like Adobe would have no defined pay standards but I have been told that mine is not the only case. 2. Don't even think about getting a good appraisal. The only good money you can make is when you are hired. Therefore, I would again insist to negotiate as hard as you can when you are being hired. 3. Discuss the job profile in details (Although I did that and the role eventually turned out to be quite different to the one I was hired for, which is sad) but still detailed discussions from the very beginning helps you in setting the right expectations rather than getting disappointed later.
