Random large layoffs. Aristocrat appears to have no concept of re-assigning people or groups or know what to do with anyone. Especially considering it takes a month or two to get all the access you need, and all the different regulatory environments require a long time to get knowledge about. And most knowledge is tribal here and not unified. So they just burn it all down every so often. This is despite gambling being the largest growth sector in the USA since 2019. Just pure lack of planning.
All the management is two-faced and doesn't care, they are backstabbing each other constantly. If you work with a team in India or eastern Europe they don't care about you and vice versa. Its all toxic corporate fiefdoms and no one cares.
If you get a job here, take advantage of every benefit, get them to pay for every training, and then get a new job somewhere else when you can.
