Pros

- Good pay master.. but that's trap as well, to lock you in this foolish domain and non technical repeated tasks - food

Cons

- So this company has no vision and no plan for future... they recently started a program 2020 and soon after their CTO and CEO left the company, I believe they were also in bit hurry. - They talk about innovative product ideas program and the person who was heading innovation idea group, fired in US just after launch of program. - I have never seen such numbers of firing cases in any other company. HRs are puppet of Directors. You can see a person in office in morning and suddenly in afternoon you will receive email about his decision of moving out. someone's career is JOKE for them - No future growth, it's all about doing same repeated work daily and they call it work life balance. - Recently they are firing a big chunk of employees in Vegas and shifting that work to India just because their business is not doing good (you can call it cost cutting). And again for replacement of few people they are about to hire more than 70 people. God knows what these new hires will do ... May be they will get good work life for sometime :) - Every now and then they replace each or the other higher management person and has no criteria who will replace whom. Growth only comes for those who licks their managers feet. - Stop buying Great place for Work title!! You do not deserve it. - they hire people with no vision and then fire them without any reason or improvement plans. - All good reviews posted here are by HRs or manager's favourites... do not follow them blindly. - Multiple instances happened when people do not join them or may be after joining they abscond themselves just to save their career, which is very right decision. - No Individual growth plans... although there is IDP, but never followed. - You will not get option to change project once you join them. Typical vertical zone culture. - Excessive man power in every department and they don't know what to do with them. - If there would be any negative rating I would definitely give that

Pros

1.Work Life Balance,only for people who do not want to work at all and saved till they get fired someday. 2. Free alcohol parties :), every 1-2 months in some teams. 3. Good Salary but lot of disparity in salary as well.

Cons

1. Unprofessional : Very strange organization, looks like they are not IT professional but running a Shop. They fire people on the false the feedback of their favorites that he/she was telling something against you :) How fool they are that they trust and not look how someone is performing. They are least bothered about performance. 2. Corruption at Peak: They hire engineers on contract from a company, who gives them just 40-50K Rs per month, but Aristocrat ILT members ensure to give same engineers 1.8-2.0 lakhs Rs per month. I never heard contractor company is playing on so huge margin. This is open corruption. 3. Alcoholism and Gamble: if you take alcohol & participate in gambling, then you have bright future here. Every year, they have reserved one day outing, where they do all this stuff(family not allowed for this reason) 4. Few ILT member does not know english but getting salary more than 50 lakhs :) 5. PM do not have work at all. 6. Some PM are very unprofessional, who keep asking the salaries of subordinates , just to compare where they are. 7. HR has made team of employees, who are putting/will put good feedback on glassdoor on regular basis.If they put honest effort to improve organization, that would be much better and no fake feedback will be required. 8. No onsite or onsite opportunity is given to favorite. 12 years Associate architect and other old competent team member are never given onsite opportunity while recently promoted associate architect,who was considered to be low performer, is given two months of onsite. 9. Presentation skills of Few ILT are very poor. 10. Recently they fired one competent ILT leader on few hours notice. It is not an organization for good performers. 11. Few top management guys keep hiring their relatives, neighbors or guys of same religion or caste. Very sick demonstration of mentality.

Pros

My colleagues, paycheck, and hopes I get hired elsewhere.

Cons

HR is not investigating managers and their behavior towards employees. It's worst now more than ever. You're constantly put down especially when making small mistakes. Management keeps hiring incompetent people which causes more work on good employees. I come to work with the fear of losing my job every single day in hopes I do not mess up on anything. HR is too busy promoting the LGBT agenda to the company instead of taking care and addressing employee issues and making sure they are comfortable working for the company. Also, the anonymous employee survey is a complete joke and everyone knows it's not anonymous. Aristocrat needs to wake up and start taking care of their employees.
