Good Company policies in terms of medical insurance, fun activities and team fund.
Cons
1. Management at Aristocrat Noida (2nd Floor B wing) is horrible. 2. Working at night and weekend is highly encouraged and appreciated. 3. Most senior people lack professional ethics. 4. Behavioural Harassment are not dealt in proper manner. Favouritism wins . 5. Director's blindly trust their managers under them without trying to know the reality. 6. On serious escalations even , no action taken. 7. No Work Life Balance 8. Too Much politics and Partial culture 9. No respect for female or married female employees. People with small mentality exist there. 10. No Professionalism in communication. 11.. Mango-Man can't survive, you need to accept their illogical sayings to survive.
