Pros

Only pros i found is annual outing trip.

Cons

1. They will fire you with no reason and at any time. No questions asked. They simply hire and fire. 2. Not worth for experienced professionals. No technical growth. 3. Freshers can join this company for an year or two (only if they do not have any other offer and are jobless).

Pros

Lots of Parties, good food and good office location.

Cons

You will curse yourself after joining here. There will be degradation of your Technical skills. It just has some stupid monotonous no brainer work. Nothing to learn here. And once you realize it will be too late to quit as you will gain nothing technical here. Firing is also very common here. I have seen whole IT team and few more good people being fired due to politics. Politics is very bad here. Technical knowledge has no regard. If you are coming from a Technical background and do not want to spoil your career, I would highly recommend not to join this company. I was part of OZ games and it is also worst of all.

Very Well Run Company with Fixable Issues

Pros

I recently started working here, and so far everything from interview process to on-boarding and orientation has been phenomenal. It is as well-oiled a machine as you can expect given the complexities of a company its size. The compensation is extremely competitive and the benefits start day 1 (health/401K/FSA/etc.). It is not a micromanaged environment, and generally you are able to move at your own pace (especially if you're accustomed to moving at a faster pace than everyone else). The long term employees are extremely helpful with sharing their institutional knowledge with you.

Cons

Some growing pains that are easily solvable. The biggest con is the time zone difference between Las Vegas and Australia, but there are strategies around it. Some other issues are that the company is growing, and with that come growing pains (outgrowing offices, new building migration, etc.).
