Pros

Excellent work life balance because there is no work pressure at all.

Cons

1. You will loose your technical skills, as there is hardly any quality work. 2. Firing: Highly insecure place to work. You will constantly hear firing news, at all levels. 3. Favoritism is very high for no reasons related to work. 4. Hikes are very low, and favorites get hike multiple times in a year while some don't get even once. Believe me. 5. It believes in hiring new people rather than thinking and correcting why people are leaving. 6. Managers are given full powers to do what they want. 7.Appraisal meetings are like jokes. Everything was good still you can get a rating of 3 or 4.

Pros

There are no real "Pros" for working here. Nobody cares about free lunch Wednesdays or all you can drink soda. In the case that you do, you may want to reevaluate your priorities in an employer.

Cons

Let's start off with their mantra, "People First". This couldn't be further from the truth. This company treats people like a cog in a machine. They don't want you to think. They don't want you to have an opinion. They don't want you to challenge leadership in anyway. Many teams at this company are led by people who have absolutely no clue what they are doing. These leaders compensate for their inabilities by micro-managing and lording over their team. Unfortunately, senior leadership supports them. This company has far too many people that have worked there for far too long. New ideas are not appreciated and will put a target on your back. This company does not care about diversity, unless it's one of the hot topic political diversity of the day type situations. Any other forms are disregarded. This company will protect bad actors within the company, even when it has been found that they are engaging in questionable activities that not only violate their own policies, but are ethically wrong and could have other legal consequences. Furthermore, if you are the type that likes to suck-up to your leader, you will probably do well here. If you do that, you can basically get away with doing pretty much nothing at the company except attend meetings to feel important. Constant and abrupt terminations. The funny part is, the people they let go are the productive people with ideas. The people they keep are those robots who just do the bidding of senior leaders. This company is out of ideas and will fall quickly. Zero communication. Entire areas of the business are restructured and people change jobs, but there is zero discussion as the how or the why. They just let you know it happened.

Pros

- Amazing people - Great Benefits - Stock Options - Decent PTO allotment

Cons

- Senior leadership are out of touch with the work and continue to make decisions that do not represent the "People First" motto and more so seem to be driven by bonuses - Having an opinion regarding the state of work will put you in an uncomfortable place and told that it is your fault these things are the way that they are or out of their control and to "get over it." - Pay discrepancies, incredibly frugal on most things while boasting about profit margins, layoffs for "redundancy" yet departments were already struggling - Rewarding and promoting the people that refuse to collaborate or cooperate with other departments - Opportunities are not equally given to the staff that contribute to the status quo and those who bring alternative ideas are considered "challenging" - Often takes resources away while expecting heavier workloads - Lack on transparency and shady decisions all around. - Continuously merging companies without ANY set standard of process.
