Pros
I've worked with a number of global companies already and I can say that I'm very much impressed with Aristocrat's people and culture. The people are empowered to be "winners" and so much emphasis has been put to "work-life balance." The company, already an industry leader, is continuously striving to keep its name and its people on top of the game. I just feel fortunate to belong to a solid organisation that is an industry leader.
Cons
Typical cons of a global company. There's never going to be a perfect company. Sometimes it all just depend on your perceptions, expectations, and attitude towards work. Remember, you don't own the company to be warranted all your demands. If the cons outweighs the pros, you can always move on. Don't be a tree.
