Pros
I have worked at Aristocrat for over 3 years. This is a great place to work. They are very employee oriented and want to make sure that every voice is heard within the company. The culture has improved leaps and bounds since I first joined the company. they are very progressive in their ideas for employee wellness. This is evidenced by the game room for software designers and the coffee den for all employees, The company as a whole is enjoying unbridled success and willl be moving into a new building in late 2018.
Cons
With the current wave of success we are experiencing growing pains. We have outgrown our current location. That is why we are moving to a new location.
