Pros

Nothing, Poorest company I have ever worked with,

Cons

I joined this company for Career growth and to earn well, But today i Got to know that I can't grow in this company at all. They can give you training, but you can't use that training knowledge within this organization. Instead of moving a well trained resource to his desired domain, they will hire new one. it doesn't matter to them who is leaving or joining. they doesn't care at all. Job security is Zero, since joining you will be scared of loosing job all the time, even if you haven't done anything. Also in this company you salary can even decrease instead of increasing. These people believe in Partying rather than helping someone who needs money Recently they made some changes in one of their department, due to these changes People salary become less that what they were getting earlier. All good reviews on different websites are written by Company HR's. They will hire you after saying that you will get different kind of allowances, but all of sudden they will stop paying those allowances due to their policy changes. They will do lot of parties, but they will never ever think that some of employees are struggling with

Pros

Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

Cons

Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.

Pros

Free lunch on Thursdays, remote flexibility for being sick or family emergency type deals

Cons

"Good ol boys clubs" all over the place, especially in sales. Hard to even get interviews unless you know someone, regardless of brand or work ethic
