Pros
Best place to work with.Flexible timings.Just need to complete 40 hrs a week(you can come 6 hrs for three days and 11 hrs next 2 days). Very good salary at the time of joining.Work life balance is very good.Peers are very friendly.Not much work if you work for 4hrs it is enough.Company spends lots of money on parties.A lot of outing is done every year including 3 day trip to some place .You will enjoy every moment spend here
Cons
Kind of work is poor.Can ruin your career.Becomes very difficult to change company as domain is very bad You can be fired any time without any reason. Firing is done almost every 6 months. nobody is spared.
